In this episode of Conversations About Conversations, I tell a story about a client I worked with about 10 years ago who made me very uncomfortable.
I talked about what I did to rise above the situation and build rapport in a situation I found to be very difficult.
I want everyone who listens to this to know that it’s entirely possible to build rapport with anyone, anywhere and at any time, but you must have the right mindset, skill set and strategies for doing so.
